Betparo Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Betparo ("Betparo", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Betparo website at betparo.ws and all associated services, products, features, and content provided thereon.

Betparo is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. By registering an account, accessing the Betparo website, or using any Betparo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — including any policies referenced within them, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Betparo services. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms and conditions that Betparo may publish in relation to particular games, promotions, or features. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms for that game or promotion will take precedence over these general Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a Betparo account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Betparo takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time — including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account restriction until documentation is provided and verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Betparo's services are offered to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Betparo services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. Betparo does not represent that its services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering a Betparo account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document
• A valid mobile number that you personally control
• Your date of birth
• A unique password that you have not used on other services

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any details change, you must update your Betparo profile promptly. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Betparo account. If Betparo identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or any other means — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. Betparo reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether accounts are linked, and this decision is final.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betparo account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Betparo will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel — any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Betparo support immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Betparo account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately via the contact details provided on the website. Betparo cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials, failed to notify us in a timely manner, or where the access resulted from your own negligence.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Betparo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Betparo reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an account where KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable period of time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Betparo accepts deposits from the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Betparo does not charge deposit fees on local payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All funds deposited to Betparo must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Betparo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits suspected of originating from third-party accounts will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 1 hour of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 2 hours of approval
• Bank IBFT: Within the same business day in most cases
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

These timelines apply to the period after Betparo's internal approval process. Betparo's approval process is typically completed within 1 hour for standard withdrawal requests from verified accounts. Accounts undergoing additional verification may experience longer processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Betparo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts that have active bonus wagering requirements attached to the relevant balance portion.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Betparo platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betparo does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any balance displayed in your account represents PKR values.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Betparo offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Betparo account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. The following general contribution rates apply unless otherwise specified in specific promotion terms:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution
• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Teen Patti / Andar Bahar: 10% contribution
• Poker: 5% contribution
• Progressive jackpot slots: 5% contribution

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Betparo reserves the right to decline a bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void winnings generated from bonus play where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has been using or attempting to use the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. This includes but is not limited to bet hedging, placing bets on all outcomes of an event, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of what Betparo considers bonus abuse.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at Betparo carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirements must be completed. The standard expiry period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless a different period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All sports and cricket bets placed on Betparo are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet slip is accurate — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Betparo will not accept requests to cancel bets after confirmation except in circumstances permitted under these Terms or specific market rules.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Betparo displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment your confirmation is processed by our system. Betparo is not responsible for delays in bet confirmation caused by network latency, device performance, or other factors outside our direct control.

6.3 Void Bets

Betparo reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching a valid result threshold
• The market was opened or settled in error (e.g. incorrect pricing or incorrect event details)
• The bet was placed after the event outcome was already known (late betting)
• Technical errors caused incorrect odds to be displayed that were materially different from market rates
• The player is found to have been in possession of insider information at the time of placing the bet

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your Betparo balance in full.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Betparo applies maximum winnings limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Betparo reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the account is engaged in professional or systematic betting that poses a commercial risk to the platform.

6.5 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test markets — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser. DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) results are accepted as official for the purpose of match settlement. Specific rules for each cricket market type are available in the Betparo help section. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on interrupted or rain-affected matches.

7 Casino Game Rules

7.1 RNG Games

All software-based (RNG) casino games at Betparo use Random Number Generators that have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined by the certified RNG algorithm and is not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes, bet amounts, or account status. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are displayed within the game information panel.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are streamed in real time from professional casino studios. These games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained human dealers. Betparo is not responsible for disruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues at the player's end. Where a technical disconnection occurs mid-round, the game outcome will be determined by what is displayed in the final resolved state of the game on the server side.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, Betparo's system will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. If the round cannot be completed due to a server-side error, the relevant stake will be returned to your Betparo balance. Betparo's determination of the final game state in disconnection scenarios is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betparo platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies that are demonstrably not the intended product behaviour
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Allowing a minor (under 18 years of age) to access or use your Betparo account
• Using the Betparo platform for any money laundering or other criminal purpose

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Betparo's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Betparo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.

9.2 Balance on Closure

If an account is closed for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, the verified real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Betparo reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Betparo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, Betparo will close your account and return your verified real-money balance within the standard withdrawal processing timeframes. Note that voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you may have to Betparo, such as outstanding loan or bonus wagering conditions that precede the closure request.

10 Privacy & Data

Betparo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to Betparo processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of our services. Betparo uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. 11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Betparo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publish, or otherwise exploit any Betparo content without prior written consent. This prohibition includes automated scraping of odds data, game results, or any other platform content.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betparo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. Betparo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betparo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Planned maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect platform availability. Betparo will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Betparo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Betparo will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the website, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Betparo platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betparo is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Betparo's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under Betparo's gaming licence.

Betparo aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
